Welcome to Singapore Pie (the "Site"), operated by the Singapore Pie Collective. By accessing this website, purchasing our goods, or consulting our directory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We believe in transparency—both in our crusts and our contracts.

2. The Directory & Reviews

Our reviews, including the "Lion's Stamp" ratings, represent the independent opinions of our tasting panel. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews. While we strive for accuracy regarding operating hours and prices, these details are subject to change by the respective business owners. We are not liable for any disappointment caused by a sold-out storefront.

3. Online Orders & Fulfillment

Orders placed via our Shop are subject to daily kitchen capacity. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to ingredient shortages (e.g., lack of premium butter) or unforeseen kitchen limits. In such rare cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the unique "Lion's Stamp" design, food photography, articles, and code, is the exclusive property of the Singapore Pie Collective. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our reviews without explicit written permission.

5. Liability Waivers & Jovial Disclaimers

By consuming our content or our crusts, you explicitly waive your right to hold us accountable for the following side effects:

  • Uncontrollable Cravings: We are not liable for any sudden, midnight urges to drive across the island for a Chicken Pie.
  • Expanding Waistlines: Our butter content is 84%. Your gym membership is your own responsibility. 🏋️‍♂️
  • Ruined Standards: Once you taste the Gold Standard, other pies may ruin your day. We apologize in advance for raising your bar too high.
  • Buttery Fingers: We accept no responsibility for smudges on your phone screen while reading our reviews mid-bite.
  • Existential Crises: Any questioning of "Why haven't I eaten this before?" is a natural reaction and not grounds for a lawsuit.

We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens (including but not limited to gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs). Cross-contamination may occur in partner kitchens. Consumers with severe allergies should contact the vendor directly.

2. Third-Party Liability: We are not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party bakery found through our Directory. We expressly disclaim any liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the products offered by these vendors.

3. Accuracy of Information: While we aim for perfection, prices, operating hours, and menu items change. Information is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Please note that when you transact with Singapore Pie or use our Directory, you may be dealing with multiple distinct entities. "Singapore Pie" acts as a curated platform and a collective brand. Specific transactions, deliveries, or liabilities may be fulfilled by our partner bakeries, logistics providers, or independent vendors. We are a collective of makers, and your contract for specific goods may be directly with the fulfilling entity.
