Singapore Pie is a project by the Singapore Pie Collective. We are a splinter group of bakers, food writers, and supply-chain nerds who got tired of "Top 10" lists written by people who have never laminated dough.
We believe that you cannot accurately review a chicken pie unless you understand the science of the roux and the geometry of folding butter.



The Lion's Standard. π¦
In 2025, we established the Lion's Standard system. It's not paid media. It's not a popularity contest.
It is a rigorous technical assessment of three core pillars:
- 01.Structural Integrity: Does the crust shatter or crumble?
- 02.Reduction Quality: Is the filling reduction rich or watery?
- 03.Value: Is it worth the calories and the price tag?
We Walk the Talk.
To know a pie, you must make a pie. Our commercial kitchen acts as both a laboratory and a bakery.
We rely on premium European butter (84% fat), fresh local herbs, and hormone-free poultry. Every week, we produce small-batch Singapore pies available in our Shop.
Every dollar funds our independent reviews. When you buy a pie from us, you are funding truthful food journalism.
