Refund Policy

1. Perishable Goods
As our pies are freshly baked and perishable, we generally do not accept returns. Once a pie leaves our temperature-controlled environment, we cannot restock it. However, we stand by our quality promise.
2. Issues & Defects
If your pie arrives damaged, incorrect, or clearly not up to the specific standards described (e.g., clearly roasted/burned or undercooked), please contact us at hello@pie.com.sg within 2 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the issue.
3. Resolutions
We will make it right. We can offer a replacement (re-bake) on the next available slot or a full refund to your original payment method, depending on your preference and our kitchen capacity.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery slot. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients would have already been prepped and staffing allocated.
